Who we are

At En Mouvement, we facilitate space accessibility to allow everyone to move freely and safely. As specialists in mobility solutions, we offer a complete range of adapted equipment, including stair chairs, stairlifts, lifting platforms, and residential elevators.

For over 20 years, we have been assisting our clients in adapting their homes, businesses, or public establishments, offering them adapted, safe, and durable solutions. Our goal is to make every space more accessible, taking into account the specific needs of our clients and complying with current standards.

Our History

Founded in 2000, En Mouvement initially focused on selling products for people with reduced mobility. In 2009, the company made a strategic shift, specializing exclusively in stair access solutions, an expertise that quickly developed.

Following this strategic shift, we obtained our RBQ 14.2 license as a specialized contractor for lifting devices for people with reduced mobility, thus allowing us to offer safe installations that comply with current standards. This expertise has allowed us to develop unique know-how in the installation of stair chairs and lifting platforms.

In 2017, we obtained an RBQ general contractor license, allowing us to expand our service offering and provide comprehensive home adaptation solutions. Always growing, we stay abreast of innovations to improve accessibility and meet the evolving needs of our clientele.

In 2024, we obtained AAADM certification, allowing us to expand our range of services by becoming installers of automatic door openers, thus strengthening our commitment to offering comprehensive accessibility solutions adapted to the diverse needs of our clientele.

Straight Stairlift After much research, I chose to acquire a Stannah brand stairlift, renowned for its reliability and durability. After long discussions with at least three other suppliers, I chose En Mouvement for my project. It “was the first time I was buying a stairlift, and since it was to be installed in a house I had bought but which I was not” yet the owner, any error could have been disastrous and I “was nervous. En Mouvement offered me the personalized support I needed, from model selection, through staircase modification, up to” installation. Whether in sales, customer service, or installation, the service I received was noteworthy. Professional and courteous, the people at En Mouvement were available to me whenever I needed them. Hello to those interested, A few years ago, I had a Stannah 260 model stairlift installed at my mother's house. I researched several suppliers and healthcare professionals who knew people who had installed stairlifts, and because my mother's house is a large cottage with a spiral staircase, and due to the complicated curvature, it was really necessary to find people who knew what they were doing. What was important to me was the quality as well as the after-sales service. I heard stories of people waiting a week before the supplier would make repairs. With En Mouvement, I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received. I didn't have many problems, just a battery change and an adjustment, but they came every time on the same day.
